Club Information and Fees - Girls Volleyball
Club North Volleyball information about National, Premier & Select Teams, Fees, Payments, Player expectations and more.

Select Teams:
  • Competes mainly in the immediate HOA Region. Kansas City, Topeka, Lawrence, St. Joseph, Blue Springs, Overland Park.

Premier Teams:
  • Competes in a level above Select Division. Teams can attend 1 tournament in Omaha or St. Louis for 3 days Presidents Day Classic. Majority of competitions are in the immediate HOA Region. Kansas City, Topeka, Lawrence, St. Joseph, Blue Springs, Overland Park.

National Teams:
  • National travel schedule to compete among other teams contending for upper level championships. Major goal for teams are to be among the best teams in and outside of our region. Ultimate team goals include qualifying and attending USAV Junior Nationals or AAU.
2023-2024 Season - Regular Season is typically between mid-Nov-April for most 14-18's Teams. 11-13's typically start Skill Enhancement in last week of October or first week of November. National Teams should expect their season to end either at USAV Junior Nationals or AAU Junior Nationals.

Club Fees Payment Structure
  • 6 Total Payments. Divide your fee into the following months.
  • July 12th – Due at the start of sanctioned signing date.
  • August 12th
  • September 12th
  • October 12th
  • November 12th
  • January 12th
  • Club Fee Information is available on the Club North Online Payment System with a login from July 12th.

INCLUDED IN FEES FOR NATIONAL TEAMS - REGULAR SEASON ONLY (DOES NOT INCLUDE POST SEASON):
  • Coaches Meals for National Qualifiers requiring travel as listed above.
  • Volleyfit - Twice a week from mid-Nov through January for National Teams. Once for Premier Teams. Days and Times announced when schedules are completed.
  • Volleyfit is a combination of Volleyball specific Joint Strengthening / Conditioning and Explosive Exercises.

INCLUDED IN GENERAL FEES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS:
  • Skill Trainings. Once a week from mid-November through January for Specialist Positions and General Ball Control.
NOT INCLUDED IN CLUB FEES:  
  • COACHES TRAVEL/HOTELS - Air/Auto/Gas/Parking/Hotel for all Out of Town Competitions including Qualifiers. Cost will be divided by team members.  
  • EXTRA TOURNAMENT/QUALIFIERS - Teams adding extra tournaments beyond a team's budget will divide the cost among team members prior to registration.  
  • USAV OR AAU NATIONALS - Teams attending will divide all costs. Registration/Practice Court time/Coaches Travel, Hotel, Meals, Parking, and Compensation.  
  • HUDL Video System to provide visual feedback for Individual & Team progression. Cost will be divided by the team when determined.  
  • USAV or AAU Individual Registrations  

NOT INCLUDED IN SELECT DIVISION FEES BUT ARE AVAILABLE FOR TEAM MEMBERS:  
  • Volleyfit - $10 per session for Select Division Team members. Pay at the door when you attend OR schedule together as a team.  
PLAYING TIME EXPECTATIONS & OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES  
  1. Membership guarantees equal access for practice/trainings NOT equal playing time at competitions. See Parent/Player Manual for more information on our website.
  2. Once a commitment is accepted and first payment is made - the entire fees will be due until completed based on payment plan selected. * Season fees are non-refundable - even if someone quits.
