2021-2022 COVID-19 REFUND POLICY
If the season is canceled before November due to a Covid-19 Health Advisory – Only the following funds will be reimbursed – minus non-refundable $100 administrative fee. *For example: Someone in good standing with their club fees will receive a portion of the reimbursement that is more than someone who is not.
What is not refunded
*lf Practice and Competitions are canceled during season due to Covid-19 Health Advisory - Only funds as listed below will be divided and refunded to team members in good standing with Club Fees. * This will be pro-rated per person as indicated above.

- Funds from Canceled Tournament Fees and Canceled Practices
- National Team Funds for Coaches Hotel & Meals

What is not refunded
- Funds expended for Uniforms and Administration will not be refunded
- Uniforms will be passed out to each team member who has paid part or all of their club fees
- Funds expended for Balls, Carts and other 2021-2022 season equipment

- National Teams will also receive balance of unused funds for Coaches Hotel & Meals.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN FEES FOR NATIONAL & PREMIER TEAMS - REGULAR SEASON ONLY
- Coaches Hotel & Meals: Tier 1 National Teams - 3 Overnight Regular Season Competitions - 9 Total Days. Tier 2 National Teams - 2 Overnight Regular Season Competitions - 6 Total Days. Premier Teams - 1 Overnight Competition. 1 night.
- SAQ - From November - January is included Twice a Week for National Team members and Once a Week for Premier Team members. Days and Times will be decided when practice schedules are completed.
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN FEES
- Coaches Travel During Regular Season - Air/Automobile/Gas/Parking for Out of Town In Region & Non Region Competitions including Qualifiers. Cost will be divided by team members.
- EXTRA TOURNAMENT/QUALIFIERS - Teams are encouraged to add tournaments as they see fit. Teams adding tournaments will divide all fees needed to attend the event.
- USA VOLLEYBALL, AAU/JVA NATIONALS - Teams attending will divide Registration Fee, Coaches cost of Transportation, Hotel, Meals, Parking, Facility/Practice Time and Coaches Stipend.
- HUDL Video System to provide visual feedback for Individual & Team progression. Cost will be divided by the team when determined.
PLAYING TIME EXPECTATIONS & OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
- Membership guarantees equal access for practice and training only NOT equal playing time during competitions. You are paying for training/practice time to compete for playing time
- Select Division Teams - every effort will be made to provide playing time, provided team member is improving, and attend regular practices. No guarantees are given for how many.
- Premier and National Teams - playing time is guided by competition, team member utilization of trained skills, consistent ball control, and attending regular practices.
- There are no guarantees that parents will be allowed at practice sessions in 2020-21.
OPTIONAL FOR SELECT DIVISION TEAM MEMBERS
- SAQ - Speed/Agility/Quickness. $5 per session for Select Division Team members when offered. Pay at the door when you attend
