2022-2023 COVID-19 REFUND POLICY
If the season is canceled before November due to a Covid-19 Health Advisory – Only the following funds will be reimbursed – minus non-refundable $100 administrative fee. *For example: Someone in good standing with their club fees will receive a portion of the reimbursement that is more than someone who is not.
What is not refunded
*lf Practice and Competitions are canceled during season due to Covid-19 Health Advisory - Only funds as listed below will be divided and refunded to team members in good standing with Club Fees. * This will be pro-rated per person as indicated above.

- Funds from Canceled Tournament Fees and Canceled Practices
- National Team Funds for Coaches Hotel & Meals
- Funds for Coaches Contract
What is not refunded
- Funds expended for Uniforms and Administration will not be refunded
- Uniforms will be passed out to each team member who has paid part or all of their club fees
- Funds expended for Balls, Carts and other 2022-2023 season equipment

- National Teams will also receive balance of unused funds for Coaches Hotel & Meals.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN FEES FOR NATIONAL & PREMIER TEAMS - REGULAR SEASON ONLY
INCLUDED IN GENERAL FEES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS:
* Skill Trainings. Once a week from mid-November through January for Specialist Positions and General Ball Control.
- Coaches Hotel/Meals: Tier 1 NT. 3 Overnight Regular Season Competitions. 9 Nights. Tier 2 NT. 2 Overnight Regular Season Competitions. 6 Nights.
- Volleyfit - Twice a week from mid-Nov through January for National Teams. Once for Premier Teams. Days and Times will be decided when practice schedules are completed. Volleyfit is a combination of Volleyball specific Joint Strengthening / Conditioning and Explosive Exercises.
INCLUDED IN GENERAL FEES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS:
* Skill Trainings. Once a week from mid-November through January for Specialist Positions and General Ball Control.
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN FEES
- COACHES TRAVEL DURING REGULAR SEASON - Air/Auto/Gas/Parking for all Out of Town Competitions including Qualifiers. Cost will be divided by team members.
- EXTRA TOURNAMENT/QUALIFIERS - Teams can add extra tournaments. Costs beyond a team's budget will be divided among team members and paid prior to registration.
- USAV OR AAU NATIONALS - Teams attending will divide all costs for Registration/Practice Court time/Coaches Transportation, Hotel, Meals, Parking, and compensation.
- HUDL Video System to provide visual feedback for Individual & Team progression. Cost will be divided by the team when determined.
PLAYING TIME EXPECTATIONS & OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
- Membership guarantees equal access for practice/trainings NOT equal playing time at competitions. See Parent/Player Manual for more information on our website.
- *Once a commitment is accepted and first payment made - $250 is non-refundable if there is cancellation through August 15.
*There is no refund after August 15 except on medical grounds.
*2021/22 season back pack is frozen through 2022/2023. Cost is not added to 2022/2023 fees. New/team members with damaged/lost bags will order at Uniform fittings.
