Register for Grades 9–12 Serve-Pass-Defense

Participants can expect the following at their All Skills Training Session:

• Setting– Feet to ball, Hand to set ball, Reading/Decision Making, Introduction to Quick Offense Tempo
  

• Passing/Defense– Eye to Ball, Feet to ball, Platform Stability, Reading/Decision Making. Intro to Team Defensive Systems
  

• Hitting & Blocking– Eye to ball, Footwork, Armswing, Efficient Landing Technique after hitting, Decision Making. Eye to ball, Feet to ball for Blocking. Introduction to variety of Blocking Schemes.
