Welcome to Club North Volleyball!

Before you attend any Open Gyms or Tryouts you will need to register online. Go under "Hot Topics" to "Indiv Registration". If you played last year go under "Past HOA Member needing a Webpoint Username", do a find for your name and date of birth and logon. Update or add your information and pay your registration fee. Then print of your membership card and bring that to all open gyms and tryouts you attend. If you were not an HOA member last year, go under "Never been an HOA member" and follow the steps. If you do not get selected by a club, you can apply for a refund of your individual registration fee up till December 31.

The HOA board has decided that Open gyms in 2011-2012 will be allowed for a short period before the tryout dates. The purpose of the Open Gym:

Get your hands on the volleyball
Meet the coaches
Discuss the goals and policies of Club North
Experience playing volleyball at a competitive level

There will be a $3.00 fee for Open Gym

This is NOT a tryout. Individuals will be placed on the courts to play the game and will not be divided by skill levels. Our coaches will be present, but there will be no training or coaching at the Open Gym.

For age groups 14 and younger we are able to have 2 open gyms prior to tryouts. For the age group 15 and older we will be holding 1 open gym prior to tryouts. Following is a list of the Open Gym dates and times by age.

The Club Fees

Regional Teams
Ages 11's thru 18's

Club Fee: $920

Includes 7 local tournaments and Regionals

For Regional teams, playing time will be a minimum of 40%, provided the player attends 75% of practices.

National Teams
Ages 14's thru 18’s

Club Fee: $1350.00

Includes 2 National Qualifiers, Power League and
3 Local Tournaments - Amount of playing time for the National Teams is determined by the coaches.

Does NOT include travel for players or per diem for coaches meals when out of town.

Payments can be made in 3 installments or, all at once.

Payment Installments Deadlines!

1^st payment, November 15, 2011 2nd payment, January 10, 2012 FINAL payment, February 10, 2012

If a payment is not made within 30 days of the due date, you will be notified and suspended until payment is received.

The club fees for the all teams cover the costs of 2 uniform tops, warm-up, a warm-up t-shirt, backpack (all of which you keep), shorts, 2 practices per week, tournament fees plus 1 HOA Regional tournament, coaches’ fees, equipment, and other club costs. These tournaments will be in the HOA area such as Topeka, Columbia, Blue Springs, Kansas City, Springfield, Lawrence, or Independence. The additional expense for the National teams include tournament entries for National Qualifiers, additional practice, and coaches travel expenses.

Practices will be at one of our facilities located at 5110 NW Waukomis Drive, in Riverside or LeVo Gym at 700 Argosy Pkwy, in Riverside or PAC, 6014 NW Highway 9, Parkville, Mo.
